  10. SATCon SAT Score Converter v1.1 <ASP> <ESC> Converts SAT scores between 
  11. pre-1995 and new "recentered" scores. Easy Windows interface. When the 
  12. modern SAT began in 1941 the median score for both SAT tests was 500. By 
  13. 1994, it was about 430 for Verbal and 470 for Math. In 1995 the College 
  14. Board "recentered" their new SAT-I at 500. SATCon Helps to interpret and 
  15. compare scores for college entrance requirements. Also works with the PSAT.
  16. Simply enter or choose the score and press the button for the conversion 
  17. you want to make: Old to New or New to Old; Math or Verbal. Includes brief 
  18. history of the SAT in thorough Help File.
